Rental terms
These terms apply to stays and day bookings made directly with us, on this website, by phone or by message. For a booking made on a platform (Airbnb, gites.fr, etc.), the platform's terms apply.
This English version is provided for your convenience. In case of any difference, the French version prevails.
The owner

The property and capacity
- A furnished garden-level apartment with a private saltwater pool and garden, rented with one, two or three air-conditioned bedrooms depending on your booking.
- From 1 to 7 guests maximum, babies included: 2 people per bedroom and 1 person on the sofa bed. The number of guests stated when booking may not be exceeded.
- The pool, garden and terrace are reserved for our guests throughout the stay.

Babies under 2 stay for free: don't include them in the number of guests when you book, just mention them in the comments. The 2-night weekend (Friday check-in, Sunday check-out) price is the total for the stay. In the low season, Friday and Saturday nights are €140 for 2 guests (then +€10 per guest): a week for 2 therefore costs €930.
- The price depends on the season and the number of guests. Bedrooms aren't numbered: we assign them to suit your group (couple, family…).
- Minimum stay: 7 nights. In the low season, a 2-night weekend is also available. The exact price appears on our booking page as soon as you choose your dates.
- Included: bed linens and towels, Wi-Fi, parking, the sofa bed and end-of-stay cleaning (no cleaning fee).
- The tourist tax is included in the price: there's nothing extra to pay. We pay it to the local authority (Communauté d'agglomération de l'Espace Sud).
Booking and payment
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay, paid securely online.
- The balance is paid on arrival, in cash or by bank transfer (you can make the transfer on site, from your phone).
- A €500 security deposit is taken on site when you arrive, as a card pre-authorization: nothing is charged to your card. It is released after you leave, minus the cost of any damage found.

To cancel, send us a message: the date of your message is what counts. As with any vacation rental for fixed dates, there is no right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Check-in, check-out and your stay
- Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m. We welcome you in person and hand you the keys, so please let us know your arrival time.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The pool is not supervised: guests use it entirely at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, both in the water and around the pool.
- Please leave the property as you found it, and let us know about any problem during your stay.
Day passes and venue rental
- Only on days when the villa isn't booked, by reservation, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- €25 per adult, €15 per child under 12. Up to 40 people.
- Other terms (practitioners, events, payment) are confirmed when you send your request.
