We've been welcoming our guests ourselves for ten years. We hand you the keys, we're reachable throughout your stay, and we know the south of the island by heart: beaches, hikes, favorite spots.

Do you speak English?
Yes. Colette speaks English, so feel free to call, message or email us in English.
Can we rent just one bedroom?
Yes. You book one, two or three bedrooms depending on your group. Either way, the pool, the garden, the terrace and the kitchens are all yours.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m. We welcome you in person and hand you the keys ourselves.
Do I need a car?
Yes, a rental car is essential. Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport (FDF) is about 30 minutes away, and the villa has free private parking.
How many guests can stay?
From 1 to 7 guests. You book one, two or three bedrooms depending on your group, with a sofa bed for one extra guest.
Is the pool shared?
No. The saltwater pool and the garden are reserved for our guests throughout your stay.
How close are the beaches?
The long beach at Le Diamant and the beaches of Les Anses-d'Arlet are about a 5-minute drive away.
Are Wi-Fi and linens included?
Yes. Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartment, bed linens and towels are provided, and there's a laundry room with a washing machine.
Can we bring a baby?
Of course, and babies stay for free. Don't include them in the number of guests when you book: just mention them in the comments. A crib and a high chair are available.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit is due when you book, paid securely online. The balance is paid when you arrive, in cash or by bank transfer (you can do it on site, from your phone). There's no cleaning fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 90 days before arrival, your deposit is refunded in full. Between 90 and 30 days before, half of the deposit is kept. Less than 30 days before, the full deposit is kept.
Is the tourist tax included?
Yes, it's included in the price: there's nothing extra to pay. We pay it to the local authority (Communauté d'agglomération de l'Espace Sud) ourselves.
How does the security deposit work?
A €500 security deposit is taken on site when you arrive, as a card pre-authorization only: nothing is charged to your card. It's released after you check out.
